rural office in the Chew Valley we buy and sell land or whole farms
for local farmers and arrange farm tenancies.
In property disputes as experienced litigators we draw on the
expertise of surveyors, barristers and industry professionals to
recover financial losses for clients. These losses may be the result
of mismanaged building projects or the substantial devaluation of an
existing property due to ‘out of the ordinary’ circumstances. We
advise clients of the risks in the case and, always mindful of costs,
will mediate wherever possible to reach an early result although if
there is no alternative we will take the case to trial.
